Using Cuanest
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older, or use Cuanest with a parent or guardian who agrees to them. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and use one account per person.
What Cuanest is, and is not
- Cuanest helps you plan and track money. Balances, pockets and goals only reflect what you and your workspace members record.
- It is not a bank, an e-wallet or a payment service. It never moves, holds or sends real money.
- Nothing in Cuanest, including the financial health score and its tips, is financial, tax or legal advice.
Shared workspaces
The owner of a shared workspace decides who joins and what role they have, and can remove members. Everything recorded in a shared workspace is visible to its members. Only invite people you trust with that information, and only record other people's details with their permission.
Fair use
Do not use Cuanest to:
- break the law or record money from illegal activity;
- get into accounts or workspaces that are not yours;
- overload, scrape, attack or reverse-engineer the service;
- send spam through invitations.
We may suspend accounts that do, after telling you why where we can.
Beta, availability and your data
Cuanest is in beta and is provided as it is. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We back up the database every night, but please keep your own records of anything important; you can export your history as CSV at any time.
Other services
Signing in with Google and receipt scanning with Google Gemini are provided by Google under its own terms. Receipt scanning is off until a workspace owner turns it on.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Cuanest is not liable for losses that come from decisions made using the app, from numbers entered incorrectly, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection law.
Ending your account
You can stop using Cuanest at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@codebynizar.dev. If you own a shared workspace, hand it over or delete it first so its members are not left without an owner.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and email you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
